Richard began his career as a licensed real estate professional in 1995. He has been a licensed broker since March 1999. Mr. Flateau has extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate sales and leasing as well as property management.

Mr. Flateau is a graduate of Harvard College and has an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business.

He founded Flateau Realty to provide a high level of professional real estate brokerage services.

David Ayers is well-versed in the real estate terrain of Brooklyn neighborhoods having arrived in New York City from Chicago as a small child. He received an Associate Degree in Business Management from New York City Technical College and a B.A. in Journalism from Long Island University. David is an Air Force veteran and retired from the United States Postal Service. His interest from his life experiences in real estate was piqued while managing family-owned properties. He will work hand-in hand with you to meet your real estate priorities.

Tanya Bacchus a licensed real estate salesperson, who has a discerning gift to see the beauty within every building and/or apartment she steps into. Tanya is a highly motivated agent who is eager to help her clients find:

Marcia Prince is a licensed Real Estate Professional with a proven track record of honesty and integrity.

Marcia entered the Real Estate Market to enhance her love of architecture and to enlighten and educate consumers in the home buying process.
